1. All new customers must complete an Energetic Lighting-Credit Application.
   
   
2. New customer credit will be processed from a faxed copy of the Credit Application, but we ask that you please mail the signed original to us for our records.
   
   
3. With approved credit, the terms of payment will be net 30 days.
   
   
4. If credit is declined, the orders will be shipped either C.O.D. or Cash in Advance.
   
   
5. By signing our credit application, applicants attest to their financial responsibility and willingness to pay our invoices in accordance with our terms, which include a 2 1/2% per month late charge on past due balances.

Energetic Lighting, Inc. guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper environmental conditions, shipping damage, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
